That scope does not make EPORTS a database of arrests made by every Georgia law-enforcement agency.

Request the DPS record
Open DPS EPORTS and submit the incident-report request with the event details. Available reports are generally processed within three business days after submission, not instantly or on a guaranteed deadline. Keep the emailed request number, which begins with INCI, CRAS or CITA. When the completion email arrives, choose Search by Request #, enter that number, then Review and Pay to pay and download the report.
The DPS charging chart lists incident reports at $2 each. For citations requested through EPORTS, the first citation is free and each additional citation costs $1 under the chart’s daily unit. Other materials can have different charges; review the requested product and invoice rather than assuming one report price covers everything.
EPORTS is limited to crash reports, incident reports and citations/warnings. For additional records, email [email protected] as directed on EPORTS. Keep that request separate from the court-disposition search.
